Orchid's process is built around inspection, selecting the right care method, professional finishing and final verification. The company says garments move through six quality inspections plus a two-step quantity check before return.

Choose the Process
Dry clean, wet clean, launder or route the piece into specialty care based on what the garment actually needs.
Finish & Present
Professional pressing and finishing are part of the result, especially on tailored, formal and delicate clothing.
Verify & Return
Check cleaning, finishing and order accuracy before the garment is prepared for store pickup or route delivery.

Orchid Cleaners partners with Kaliegh's Dream Foundation and serves as a year-round dress donation drop-off point for Kaliegh's Closet, which helps Central Florida students access prom dresses. Orchid also cleans and prepares donated dresses for the program.
