Is pickup and delivery really free?
Yes. Orchid offers complimentary pickup and delivery within its active Central Florida route areas. Customers pay the normal cleaning or laundry rate without an additional pickup and delivery service fee.
How do I start a pickup and delivery order?
New customers can send a first-time inquiry to get started. Existing customers can sign in to the Orchid customer portal, create an order, add notes or photos if needed and schedule a pickup location.
How long does dry cleaning usually take?
Most standard dry cleaning orders are completed within about two to three business days. Specialty stain treatment, delicate construction or other special handling can require additional time.
What is GreenEarth cleaning?
GreenEarth is a silicone-based dry cleaning process used as an alternative to traditional PERC solvent. Orchid uses it to provide non-toxic, odor-free cleaning that is gentle on fabrics and colors.
Can Orchid handle designer garments and delicate fabrics?
