If it is more convenient for you to drop of your garments in person, and for us to deliver them to your drop off location when complete, we can also arrange this!

Do you offer pickup and delivery in Orlando? How does it work?
Yes, we provide free pickup and delivery throughout Orlando. First time customers can place items in any bag they already have. Once your order is completed, we return everything in your Orchid Cleaners delivery bag. You can schedule your first pickup through your SMRT account using this link.
Can you handle high-end and designer garments?
Absolutely. Orlando is full of special-event wardrobes and designer pieces, and our team is trained for couture, delicates, suits, gowns, and performance fabrics. We use a non-toxic, perc-free process that’s safer for sensitive materials and keeps garments looking new longer.
How do I schedule my first order?
Click the link under “start an order” for first time customers , place your items in any bag you have, and schedule pickup. We’ll handle the rest.

How do first-time pickups work if I don’t have your Orchid bag yet?
Just place your clothes in any bag you already have. Once we return your first order, you’ll get your official Orchid Cleaners delivery bag for future pickups. First orders are scheduled through your SMRT account.
