Orchid offers complimentary pickup and delivery within active Central Florida route areas. Customers pay for their cleaning or laundry service without a separate pickup and delivery charge.
What if I do not know which cleaning service my item needs?
That is normal. Choose the cleaning-question option and describe the garment, item, fabric or stain in the message field. Orchid can help determine the appropriate next step.
Can I ask about price before bringing something in?
Yes. Include as much detail as possible in your inquiry. Final pricing can depend on fabric, construction, brand, stain treatment and finishing requirements, so some items may need to be inspected before an exact price is available.
What if my garment is time-sensitive?
Mention the deadline in your message. For an urgent question, call or text Orchid at (407) 955-5019 so the team can discuss current timing and whether the requested turnaround is available.
Can I use this form for wedding gowns, designer garments or specialty pieces?
Yes. Choose the specialty-item option and explain the garment in the message field. Specialty pieces can require additional inspection because fabrics, trims, embellishments and construction can change the cleaning plan.
