Skip the extra errand. Request a pickup and delivery route through your customer account. Orchid's team will review availability for your address. There's no separate pickup and delivery charge on eligible routes.

Does signing up automatically place an order?
No. Creating your Orchid account only saves your customer information. You can choose whether to request pickup and delivery or visit one of our storefronts. Nothing is automatically scheduled when you register.
How do I sign in after registering?
Go to Orchid's customer portal . SMRT can verify your identity with a code sent to your email, allowing you to access your customer account.
Do I need to add a payment method when signing up?
No payment method is collected during registration on this website. If you request pickup and delivery through SMRT's customer portal, you may be asked to securely add a payment method.
Is pickup and delivery really free?
Yes. Orchid provides complimentary pickup and delivery within active Central Florida route areas. You pay for the cleaning or laundry services you use, without a separate local delivery fee.
What if Orchid doesn't serve my address?
Orchid manually reviews requests to join its pickup and delivery routes. If your address is outside the service area, the team can advise on available alternatives, including store drop-off.
How much will my first order cost?
Pricing depends on the items and services requested. You can view Orchid's services and pricing for reference. Some specialty garments require inspection before a final price can be confirmed.
