Schedule your order through the Orchid customer portal, choose your pickup location and add any garment notes or photos you want our team to see. Orchid collects the order, cleans and finishes the items, tracks them through the process and returns everything to your approved delivery location.
Is dry cleaning pickup and delivery really free?
Yes. Orchid does not add a separate pickup or delivery service fee for addresses within active delivery routes. You pay the normal price for your dry cleaning, laundry or specialty garment-care services.

How long does pickup and delivery dry cleaning take?
Most standard dry cleaning orders are completed within about two to three business days. Specialty fabrics, stain treatment, couture garments, alterations and other items requiring additional handling may take longer.

Rush or same-day service may be available by request for eligible garments and select route areas. Availability depends on the item, required cleaning process, pickup timing and current production capacity.

Yes. Orchid offers wash and fold laundry through the same pickup and delivery network. Your laundry is professionally washed, dried and folded before being returned to you.
